Demolition - The company will order dumpster and provide the homeowner with safe demolition services. The demolition process is not a complex task. However, it must be done with caution in order to avoid any damage to electric or plumbing. A proper disconnection of the electric and/or plumbing is needed prior to the demolition.

Framing - This stage is usually optional. In other words, A-Z team will inspect the existing structure for any flows and correct them. In some extreme cases , our team will replace the entire structure. We understand that homeowners are not looking to spend money on their home but rather to invest in it. Therefore, we want to look to ensure that we build to last.

Insulation - This stage may also be optional. In the newer homes , an insulation may already be in place and in good condition. In the older homes , insulation should be applied in order to pass the building inspection.

Plumbing - This stage involves the preparation the drainage pipes , waste pipes and hot/cold water supply pipes for all the fixtures such: sink, dishwasher, refrigerator and garbage disposal.

Electric - This stage involves an installation of outlets in the backsplash (every 4 FT according to code requirement) , a homerun for the dishwasher , hot connection for the oven or stove, cook-top installation and installation of recessed lights or low-voltage lights.

Sheetrock - supply and installation of sheetrock and performing the needed compound work.

Paint - Painting all uncovered areas using flat or semi-gloss paint.

Tiling the kitchen floor - In this stage our company team will discuss the floor design options with the homeowner. Once a decision is reached we will either supply the tiles or assist the homeowner with getting a discounted price on the tiles of his/her choice.

Cabinets - This stage involves the design of kitchen cabinets layout / floor plan using 20-20 design software, the supply of ALLWOOD kitchen cabinets and the installation of kitchen cabinets. The homeowner may choose to order kitchen handles and kitchen knobs. In such case , our company will install the hardware.

Countertop - Our company will supply the material (slab) , fabricate the top with selected edge, and finally install the top. The installation of kitchen countertop may seem like an easy task. In reality , the installation of countertop is very dangerous task both in terms of human injury and product damage. Further, improper handling of kitchen countertop may cause a serious injury for the installer or in more fortunate case significant damage to the countertop.

Backsplash - The backsplash is the final piece in the puzzle. The homeowner may select from few options-- ceramic tile , tumble marble tile and or granite backsplash (also called full backsplash). Touch Ups - This stage involves correcting any small , unfinished and/or unseen details till the homeowner is fully satisfied.
